YOUNG PEOPLE WITH A Disability
Foyer Oxford is taking time to review its service offerings in the NDIS. As a result, we will not be taking any expressions of interest or NDIS applications until further notice. Anglicare WA’s Bridges Disability Program continue to offer various NDIS service offerings, which we encourage you to explore. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Please regularly check this website for updates.
These are the steps you need to follow:
1 LOOK AROUND OUR WEBSITE
Make sure you've checked out the relevant pages on our website, and your Local Coordinator has too. You can download the prospectus here.
2GIVE US A CALL
We will carry out an initial assessment to make sure you're eligible, and find out a bit more about you. You can reach our assessment line on (08) 6310 0716.
3 Wait for a CALL FROM US
Once we have assessed your eligibility, you'll receive a call from us to book an appointment with you. We have plenty of flexible appointment times available.
Have an interview with a Foyer Staff member, and have a look around the building to make sure it's right for you.
5 ARRANGE YOUR FUNDING
Work with your Local Coordinator, supported by us, to arrange the funding package that's right for you.
We'll let you know when your place is ready, and when you can move in. We'll book a sign-up appointment with you.
Now that you understand the application process, you can start your Foyer Oxford journey.
Applying for a place at Foyer can be a confusing process to get through so, at any point, feel free to call us on 6240 7200 or 1800 185 685 for general enquiries, or email firstname.lastname@example.org
