Updated Intake Process

To ensure we are best meeting the increasing demands for our service, we have undertaken a review of the intake processes for our singles and young parents’ streams. This means intake will look a little different from what it has previously.

On the first Monday of every month, we open for people to register for an information session (if Monday is a public holiday, we will open on the Tuesday). These sessions are capped, so we recommend registering early. Registration for information sessions closes once capacity is reached or before the first session, whichever comes first.

We will have 2 info sessions that Young people can attend. Spots are capped so registrations are essential.

Young parents will be contacted individually for a one-on-one session with a case manager.
