Updated Intake Process

To ensure we are best meeting the increasing demands for our service, we have undertaken a review of the intake processes for our singles and young parents’ streams. This means intake will look a little different from what it has previously.

On the first Monday of every month, we open for people to register for an information session. These sessions are capped for singles and young parents, so we recommend getting your application in early. Registration for information sessions closes once capacity is reached or before the first session, whichever comes first.

We will have 2 info sessions that Young people can attend these will be held on a Monday and a Thursday night once per month. Spots are capped so bookings are essential.

Young parents will be contacted individually for a one-on-one session with a case manager.
